What you'll need

Ingredients

1 frozen ripe banana

1 cup frozen blueberries

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

½ cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon honey (optional)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings

½ fresh banana, sliced

¼ cup fresh blueberries

¼ cup homemade granola

1 tablespoon coconut flakes

1 teaspoon chia seeds

Fresh mint leaves

Let's make it

Instructions

1

Blend the Frozen Fruit Base: Add 1 cup of frozen blueberries, 1 frozen banana (sliced into coins), 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt), and 2–3 tablespoons of milk of choice to a high-speed blender.

2

Blend Until Thick & Creamy: Blend on low speed, using the blender tamper or stopping to scrape down the sides frequently, until the mixture is thick, smooth, and scoops like soft-serve ice cream. (Add an extra splash of milk only if necessary to keep the blender running).

3

Transfer to a Bowl: Scoop the frozen blueberry-banana mixture into a serving bowl using a spatula, smoothing out the top to create a flat surface for toppings.

4

Add Your Toppings: Arrange 2 tablespoons of granola, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds or hemp seeds, extra fresh blueberries, and sliced fresh banana in neat lines or sections across the top.

5

Finish & Serve: Drizzle 1 teaspoon of raw honey or almond butter over the toppings and serve immediately with a spoon while cold.
